This happens in a few years, after the rat finds out about his Roma family, and decides to visit them out near Yas'ky, Ukraine. These are all his cousins X: In the last panel, from left to right: Dragomir, Crazy-Joe, Razvan, Dorin.

And the rat dyes his hair back to his natural colour after the American tour.
