so here is the Mercs resident mad scientist, Dr. Sparks. the name actually cames from a mad scientist from a comic me and Commando Jak used to do that involved stick figures. i might scan those and put them up on here… probably not though

I also wasnt above stealing sprites… but i did give credit for it!
