This comic deals with many different reality's, point of views and timelines. As such things might not always be what they seem and events might not always play out in a straight line.
On this page we revisit a location that we previously saw on page 21. We also get to meet the ghost soldier again. But who exactly is he?
Also, Distance and Time won a 2012 DD award for “Best abstract comic.” Thanks to the judges and for everyone that nominated. We are getting close to the final page so hope you stay for the ending of this strange journey.

Congratulations on the well-deserved award. But I have a sadness about this story, and I'm hoping I'm wrong. I fear the youth and his father are one. The loverly dreamscape of the art make it worthwhile -- however the destined will arrive.
