Here's page 14 of Fusion #10, and it seems The Arabian Knights haven't forgotten about Alanna and the refugees. But what good does their signaling do when Darmar doesn't allow Supers to operate inside its borders?

tupapayon--The question is: Is it "flat and immense, and the heat is intense," or is it "where they cut off your ear if they don't like your face"?

Nothing like a witness to prevent an atrocity. It doesn't always help, but sometimes it can.

Arabian nights, 'neath Arabian moons A fool off his guard Could fall and fall hard Out there on the dunes

It means that they don't have to be "inside" the borders to provide support. and as zgrssd mentioned push political pressure, governments like Darmar's can only continue so long as little is known about them, and no one outside sees how vicious they are, a few reporters here and there is one thing, but an organized body political witnessing it is completely different, also I am sure that is a built in loophole in the "no supers" policy in Darmar, they can't go IN to find people to help, but if they see them physically from just outside the border then so long as the neighboring country is ok with it they can act as border patrol which (with a few exceptions like the North/South Korean border) generally allows for limited overlap

Are they going to win this part by using some Political pressure? Asuming that the damarian military can not risk to attack fleeing refugees (with AA on board) while they are on camera from the other side of the border?
