Not so helpful ‘Helpful’ advice..
So yeah, little disclaimer about this one. It is not meant to be taking the piss out of depression or those who suffer from it. It is more of a sarcastic look at how unrealistic advice such as ‘Have you tried being happy?’ or ‘Try not being depressed’ don't help at all.
I'm a sarky mofo but sometimes the joke I am making can be a little cryptic.

I've had trouble with depression for years. Every once in a while someone will say "Just cheer up!" Then I have to resist the temptation to lock them in a portable toilet and set it on fire.....

Well I was also kinda depressed lately but thankfully your comics is almost as good a cure as "Not being depressed"

Some of my family are diagnosed with depression. I suffer from it to some degree but when I sit back and think about why or what is wrong there usually is no answer. SO to some extent this actually works. At least with those like me who aren't so bad off.

Yeah it's very common to have a symptom of depression. I beleive it is more serious and can't just be fixed like many beleive. Just to be clear I wanted to show sarcastically that these types of 'helpful'advice are unrealistic.
