Seriously. Wants to take over the world. Wears black long coat thingy. Red-headed in some way. Ridiculous lines at times. Has annoying hero bothering him all the time. Evil. Uses magic/magic artifacts. Series is based in Oriental Asia. Evil posturing/posing.
