It's about time we had a little heart to heart on this. Though to be fair, I don't really think Katyn had fully taken on this whole “Keeper” thing until recently. Now she wants to understand exactly what it is she needs to do.
…if you're wondering where Ry is, by the way, he's still off dropping the vampire off, haha!
This is about where I started messing with the hilighting in the new photoshop. It looks a little rougher than normal, but I've been playing with it a bit and I think we're heading in the right direction. I like it better than I did, anyway. We'll see.

That's a good question. It's something Katyn's definitely going to have to figure out. She's not a pacifist, so she isn't against fighting and she's not even completely opposed to the idea of killing, but she REALLY doesn't like it, and thinks it should only be saved for when absolutely necessary. You're actually in the right place for this, though, since in this scene she's starting to think off all of this herself. :D

(Just read comment) Ah I see. I was thinking that after being hunted it might change her mind like it did for some of the people with her. By this I mean not that they changed their mind more like he acted on his already held opinion. Although I guess in retrospect her not killing perspective will be really hard to beat. So what will she do if she doesn't want to kill the other keeper.

Great page, I like the combination of the text with image in the 3rd panel. For the most part I don't really see the roughness, I think you have to look for it to notice it.
