Gennicka
Lace on May 5, 2007
This is a piece from a comic i tried to do lastyear named “Gennicka” about a girl who found love and comfort in a biologicaly engineered artificial human. Yeah, needless to say, this was a failed project that I soon abandoned after about 4 pages lol. I just didnt find the story intersting anymore. Also, I was posting it on tokyopop. it got a bit of readers but yeah.. it was only 4 pages long so far. It didnt really get into the story lol.

Throw rocks into the quicksand to test it. If it sinks, stepping there is unwise. If it stays upright, one might wish to step there instead. Laying out skeletons for stories is not too fun for me, but once I start adding organs, flesh, muscles and skin.. the body of work really comes alive, like I hope yours will, Ms. Lace!

Sounds like it could have been a very interesting story. Have you concidered re-writing it to make it more interesting to you, and then re-drawing it and see if that makes it come alive? It would be cool to see, I think.
