First: Twitter account for all things Hamelin, comic, yaoi, or writing-related is Joneko (same handle as deviantart and y!gallery). Had to change things up so I could have a personal and professional. Future profession – wouldn't look good.
Second: Figured out what was wrong with the scanner! The top had been unhinged to accommodate a sketchbook, and never replaced. So it was never completely closing, or evenly weighted over the page. By next week the previous two pages will be rescanned and refinished and looking a little more like this one.
Which is third. This is about as graphic as it's going to get as far as I can tell. I think a teen rating is alright for now, but depending on response may have to bump it up to M. Will you all still be able to read it?

awesome stuff, I look forward to reading more. Its very nicely paced considering its your first comic! Nice use of narrative and visuals, as in your using narrative to add rather then state whats already there! I guess you got the scanning problem sorted! Keep up the good work :)
