That's Madame Fatal (a Golden Age superhero character) in the red, and I like how I drew the character. The villains in panel 3 are: in the foreground - Sea Embers, Phobia, Zhia, Bind, and Lash (the Seraphim--my creations); in the background - Manx (a Golden Age supervillain), the Gunman (one of my supervillains), Kraysch (one of AzuJOD's supervillains), Captain Nazi (a Golden Age supervillain), and Clown (a Golden Age supervillain). There are more, but I didn't draw them. I was already stretching myself to draw who I did. Also, I should mention to Abt, if he hasn't already, to check his PQs. A couple new pages there, and one of them is quite pertinent.
