…at the very least, if you're feeding your whole office, or whatever…phone the order in advance, and allow a reasonable amount of time for it to be made.
It's really amazing…I've seen people phone in single orders, because they did not want to wait in line. REALLY! Yet, someone with a sheet of office stationery with 20 orders on it will just walk right into line.
I try not make sense of people, because at every turn, they demonstrate how little sense they make…
or have, anyway.
