A little banter. Both are referencing the Alien abduction phenomenon which at the time this is set has been explained and solved? The alien Grays in abduction cases often claim to be from the Plaedes and have no visible sexual organs. This alien is not one of them and is an unknown species.

Sexual selection would probably have to be a little more complicated among species that develop intelligence in order for them to develop that intelligence.

Of course who knows what an alien's reproductive organs might look like? Might look like a finger or toe nail and we just wouldn't recognize it as a "naughty bit".
