Iron Wolf picks up the body of Lucas, black blood dripping through the panels, and realizes Lucas won't be talking any more.

Roscoe the Cameraman and Chelsea introduce Lt. Neil Relby, head of investigating Iron Wolf for the city.

I always referred to him as ‘Lt. Neil Relby’ because I was too lazy to pick up a dictionary and figure out how to spell ‘Lieutenant.’ Thank you, web based auto corrector! Now I don't have to worry any more.
