If I can solve my computer problems this will be a villain in the upcoming Halloween Cameo Caper. He's a dinosaur-descended evil sorceror.
Based on the Dracorex hogwartsia I drew in Untitled Rockhounding Cartoon 16 although I changed the design a little.
