Post-issue talk 1: issues 8 (Fearless) and Special 4 (Sysyphus Part 4)

I'm putting together a crossover project for next year to run through many comics and hopefully benefit the Hero Initiative. If you're interested in participating, e-mail me at karamesser@hotmail.com or PQ me on this site.

This page was supposed to be different. I wanted Kara to be holding the issues like I've done before, but I was using a new camera–one I borrowed from my work and intend to buy. It's a much better one than I've ever used before (12 megapixels) and the picture I uploaded here was just nearly as tall as the IndyPlanet page dimensions call for (huge!). Anyways, I took a few pictures and it said the internal memory was full, so I figured out how to get it to take them directly to my SD card (which I'd thought it was doing to start with), and that's where this picture comes from. Anyways, I couldn't find out a way for the camera to send already-taken pictures to the SD card, and I have no cord to hook it to my computer. Not wanting to take the pictures again, I settled with the one picture.

But there is the nifty new entry to my list of comics on sale: Karabear Comics Reprints. These are interesting to do. I search for the best scans of these comics I can find and compile them into a book that I try to make as close to the original experience as possible. This does mean that there's no Ka-Blam ad on the comics and therefore they're slightly more expensive, but authenticity of reading experience is nice. I have a copy of the Wonder Comics #1 at home and it looks great. Much of the issues will be in prestige format, due to the high amount of pages, which actually helps for durability. Granted, I can't wait for Crack Comics #1 to get to me, in part because its scans are better than Wonder Comics #1. Still, Wonder Man in Wonder Comics is an awesome thing to have.
