Even better ties to Crossover Melee! If you don't recognize him, this is the man that approached the Runner at the end of Time. Yes, he's drawn and colored differently, but I have gotten better artistically and actually got better color references. Those references? From the Victory/Effex crossover written and drawn by Chris V. of Victory and run on Dueling Heroes, the comic from which Effex of the crossover comes. This man (and Overture, who has appeared in The Dogs of War, Victory/Eiderdown and Time in this comic) was created by Escutcheon, creator of Dueling Heroes.
