UPDATED TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS
Why is it that only three people in a party can fight at the same time in a video game? Take final fantasy XII for example. The first RPG system where you can see the enemies on the battle field before fighting but still the heroes are restricted to 3 characters when the party is made of 6. Blasted rules!

FF1 and 2 had a party limit of 4 I think the most I've seen in a turn based RPG is 5 And that was in Lufia 2 (fifth char was comp controled) I couldn't tell you the name but I think there is another RPG with 5 charector limit... with all player controled. Standard across the board seems to be 4 though.

I agree! Although FF9 you could have 4 which was much better. Zidane, Steiner, Garnet, Vivi. FTW. I use Ashe, Balthier and Fran. Vaan is a complete twat, main character or not he is not being in my party.
