Lock down chips

So yeah I finished the DX challenge early so I made this. Man Apollo Flame is hard, It took a folder full of aqua, and paralyzing chips, and me in Tribal King form at the start of the fight to beat him! But back to the comic, What could be in those chips, Dun, Dun, DUUUUUU!
