Hmm, technically his entire body is in shadow. Right? Can't remember the exact specifics, but I thought the magic was "if his head is covered in shadow he has no face"? In which case, would his face be fully protected from harm, but not the rest of him? I remember a few people bunching him in the head when he's got a hood up, and encountering nothing but the hood.

Where did the stock of the gun go? Judging by that little rectangle-y thing on the top of the barrel, he just aimed the gun at the bear, but the lack of a visible stock in the last two frames would lead me to think he actually aimed it the opposite way, and used the recoil to knock the bear off his head... Most puzzling!

Technically possible, Anonymous, but not exactly something that I would be willing to risk. I mean, how much of his head has to be covered to activate the ability? What happens if part of the shot goes into the side of his face?
