Maybe so, but black holes don't actually "suck" anything in. In fact, the only things in danger from the black hole would be something that passed the event horizon. You can ring around the rosey all you like and it wouldn't do a thing. It would be quite an interesting end for the people who do though, since relativity would make time, and their death, pass normally for people past the event horizon, while everyone outside of it would just see that person frozen in time.

Anon- and? If it was able to eat the moon in the first place, it clearly started out with mass of its own. And gravity is a function of mass and volume- density. A giant star loses mass in a supernova, and yet it still becomes a black hole, due to its low volume and high density. If compressed enough, the Moon would make a viable black hole, and it's being combined with an existing black hole.

Actually, were a black hole to completely replace the moon it would not swallow the world. A black hole's immense pulling power comes from incredibly high density and mass. However, if it just takes the mass of the moon there is no increase and therefore no greater gravitational force than what the moon had.
