hen things go wrong, why is it that ONLY God (YHVH) gets blamed for
things he didnt do? Theres lots of spirits and entities out there that
people worship as gods or goddesses. Why only blame YHVH?!? Why not
Satan? Or Allah? Or Zeus? Or Krishna? Or Buddha? Or the aliens? Or the
spirit guides? Or whoever you worship as a God or gods.
Answer?
Its cuz of this whole WRONG line of thinking about “God Allows _______
to happen because ________” that permeates the minds of both the Atheist
and the Christian who acts like he/she is God's Waffen SS or something.

Personally, I avoid referring to natural disasters as "acts of God."

Anytime something bad happens to someone, they want something, or someone to blame. When it is a terrible tragedy, such as a natural disaster, it doesn't "feel good" to blame Nature, the Earth, or some other inanimate object. They want to blame something sapient for their pain, anger and frustration. And then, there are a lot of people who preach about a loving God and these people in their pain, anger and frustration see an instant blame target. Not to mention, a lot of those atheists are always looking for ways to "prove" religious people wrong. I am _not_ condoning this behavior one bit; it is so easy to look up at the sky, stretch your arms upwards and yell at God, but one has to stop for a moment and think -- who are _we_ to question _Him_? What if He _had_ stopped that Tornado, or Hurricane, or what-not from happening? What sort of adverse effects might happen *instead* that our mortal minds could have never even attempted to foresee?
