(my “g” button is acting up, so if you see any missing “g”s…)
Heyy! Here's a new page. I was just about done with it last night, but my sister was over and I felt bad holing up in my room for an extensive period of time to finish the toning and lettering.
check it out- 12 panels in one page… perhaps a new record!!!?
OH AND!! remember when I mentioned my hilarious/hilariously mortifying diary from long long ago?
Well, check it out– “Kristen's Personal Diary”, my new ‘comic’ is just hilarious snippets from my journal! so if you're looking for a laugh at my expense, check it out by clicking here.
Yes, this flashback is quite brief– expect another one pretty soon. Part of Scheherazade's power, as you probably see, is a sort of mind-control. It can force memories on people, even fabricate them. But this one was true!
Also, here when it says Flipper “absorbed their life-energy”, I didn't make it quite clear (I'll clarify later, I guess) that King has been so wounded not just because he's been grievously wounded, but also because Flipper perhaps absorbed some of his power with the bite.
This Saturday, Kathryn, Kasia and I all went hiking on Bear Mountain.. we climbed up and we went to “the highest point within 25 miles from the coast from Maine to Florida!” which was an old castle-tower on top of the mountain. :D it was tiring but fun. On Wednesday, I bike-rode to Howe Driving School, and it was like death. and when I got there they were like, “you came from SHELTON?” although it was only a few miles (HILLY HILLY HILLY). I was like, “Yes, I did,” although I *could've* told them, “yes but I came from the part that's right near Monroe..” Whatever, I was super-duper sweaty, and so if they knew I came from only like four miles away they might mock me. well the guy actually did; he was like, “hurry up and get your licenses kids so your parents don't have to drop you off and you don't have to ride *sneer* a bicycle.” bikes are great! eco friendly and good form of exercise!! My sister and I were talking about modern society, and how we're all getting fat, and it's just so depressing. She's very smart. She was like, people's bodies aren't made to be working at some sedentary job, or to have so much food available. It doesn't help that we've been hardwired to choose fattening food over healthy food. Even as kids, there were always those tv shows where the parents are like, “eat your broccoli/brussels sprouts/etc!” and the protagonist is like, “NEVERR!” idk, that kind of stuff doesn't really help kids learn how to make good choices.
Anyway, ideally we wouldn't have to exercise to stay healthy– regular living would keep us moving and exercising without having to do mindless repetitions at a gym. And we wouldn't have so much junk food available– we'd have to farm our own food… ahh the simple life… but then there'd be no time for me to write the Great American Novel. D :
idk. I'm gonna try to be healthier. I don't wanna get diabetes or cancer or anything. Plus kathryn says that a high-fat diet decreases cognition *gets dumber* nooooo my brainzzz… Unfortunately, I really, really love junk food. It's weird to be thinking so much about these diseases at such a young age, but also good, I guess, even though I probably won't do anything about it… (I'm the kind of person who uses wrinkle cream already… ok, haha, that's more vanity than anything else…)

waaah this page is so sad! :( no way that cute little snake did that!! yeah its a shame that we are too used now to the easy life. One of my housemates idea of exrersize is going to a shop to buy a milkshake, hes so sucked up in the world of tv/videogames he doesnt even enjoy going outside/going for a nice walk unless its to go buy something.. :( I know alot of people like that =_= Im a bit of a hippie when it comes to this stuff, I grow my own vegitables, were keeping our own chickens soon, and Id prefer to just ride a bike/take train/bus to buying a car. Although agreed there is the problem of not having time to be creative if you completely go down 'the good life' route!

soriyu: thanks! And I'd imagine Scheherazade cut the memory off there because it didn't want to show Eve being spared-- kind of a way of twisting memory to fit what it wants to get across. Usedbooks: ooh, deep! but while knowing the past may not change the outcome of the present, it changes our perception of the present... O_o theprettiestpony: wtf does that mean?? you are liek so not funnie!!! I want to play Sims 3!! Jonko: hah, you always were a weird one. (jk!) and hooray for reaching new plot-points!

ehhh I understand how you're thinking. I started crying because I was "going to get a heart attack" the other day... weirdness. Anyway, I remember you telling me about this part back in the day. Glad you finally ended up drawing it! Go Misfas!

man, it's like watching an episode of tyra without having to turn on the tv :p

Silly villain. The past hasn't changed, so why should knowing about the past have any impact on the present? (It often does, but it shouldn't...) I've always eaten healthy foods. I hate fried crap and I drink only water, but alas, I'm the most overweight person I know. -_- As such, I am constantly accused of gluttony. But while I'm enjoying my salad and Dasani, some skinny little jerk is having a third burger and extra fries while downing a big gulp soda.

Hm, why they let Eve live in the end I ponder. O_o I usually chose something I that really stands out as art genius, but you've outdone yourself this time. I like the whole page. T-T Finally, grats on the panel record!
