Borlin's Cherry-Flavored Wax Statue Replicas on sale now.

(That one's actually supposed to be Michelangelo's “David”. Seriously.)

So, I thought I'd do a Peanuts homage. Which links a minor event later on in this minicomic. But it gave me a chance to do something simple and fun.

I thought of many things for what Ellie got in her bag. A pony, a doomsday device, or a “braaand newww caaar!”

I decided to go for the most likely. PRODUCT PLACEMENT!

BTW - I've been noticing I'm already having major continuity errors. Note Ellie's cape and Emily's dress, in particular. Also, the lack of Heather's broom - and her bag is now a cauldron, haha.

I should have thought a little more about this minicomic before getting into it. But I have a practical reason for changing Emily's sleeves again - they looked like boobs from the side. Didn't wanna do that, the kid's SEVEN. Weird hormones in today's children be damned, I'm not doing that.

I was actually going to do Melody's cameo today, and this comic on Monday, but… I figured I'd do each week with a new storyline. Sorta. Haha.
