as I said Lana will likely be more than happy to complicate this execution she's a Fiveclaw, making things difficult for people they don't like is family tradition, so is weekly detention, getting arrested for stupid shit, engaging in pissing contests with powerful people, screwing people over, not telling the scarier parent, telling the kid not to tell their parent, acknowledging how weird other Fiveclaws are... All family traditions.

Hmm... kill civilians to lure/test heroes.... I think I've heard this one before. Luther v Kent. Joker v Batman. Green Goblin v Spider-man. Yep big Brain's plan to bait them is pretty fool proof its the after you have them part that's tricky I mean out in the open is the LAST place you want them should they succeed even if you have prepared a contingency plan after all you don't want to give those pesky civilians half a speck of hope now do you?
