The mystery could be "Why there are so many priesthood healers" or "why are so many healers high elves" but it was something else that she saw, something that drove her to not hesitating to try and heal anyone, and/or something that sent the message to pay her tithes from healing to the temple, perhaps an attempt to restore the healing powers of the unworthy that DE has encountered, or experiments on those they call "Foul bloods" or perhaps even using electrical artificial inputs to control someone with the ability to animate skeletons, could explain why the Lake region had Lana as prisoner once, long ago, if they could figure out how to control her power through her to any extent, they would have been able to bring many governments to their heels by claiming them cursed as the dead would rise...
