@zgrssd, that someone is clearly more humanoid, I must presume that this "Company" is heavily tied to Summerbucks, though maybe not in any direct sense, Miss Nabob may have an intelligence officer before being a teacher, or got the job as an intelligence officer during the Fey Revolution (it needed a better name then "the war" especially when talking about the end of it, after all by some accounts it spanned the entire time they were enslaved, while others would record the start of the war as just before Omaha) at which point her status as a teacher would make it easier to get information.

In the 3rd last panel it looks like someone is watching Miss Nabob. Somebody who is only briefly illuminated from the light of hte train.
