Just in case you guessed, I'm going to try to keep Magiversity on its original schedule… Daily! :)
And yes… That bully is Arcus, the son of one of the richest man in town. But while his father is a nice person who understands the important function that commoners play in society (without them he wouldn't be rich), Arcus sees them as no more than useless people who have no use in society. He regards people like Minna as “freaks of nature” since he thinks that the gift of Magic only belongs to guys like him.
So yeah, he's going to be a real jerk. :)

The AntiMagic dimension is a place where misbehaving students are sent. In that dimension casting magic is impossible for most mortal magic users... unless they were really, REALLY powerful. :)

Is anti-magical the same as non-magical, or does anti-magic have a negative effect on magical types? (Kind of like anti-matter to matter, only without the big explosion.)
