Hang in there Taro!
Waaaah! So sorry it's been weeks guys! I made a livejournal detailing my situation. http://kriffix.livejournal.com/
But to put it simply my laptop died, i spent the little money i had getting it fixed. (the guy said it wasn't worth it though!)
But since you guys and your comments ARE, i went through with it anyway ahaha!
Also I was looking for a job in order to pay for advanced Japanese lessons, if i don't start learning more i'm going to forget what i even know now!
I want to do Japanese in Uni, and for that reason i'm going back to school and will be studying hard in order to try to get 3 A's. I'm not a particularly gifted student and so this'll prove a real challenge, i'll have to put most of my time into studying, i REALLY want to go to SOAS University!
The job searching didn't go so well, i spent so much money just getting around searching, i'm utterly broke.
If anyone wants to commission me then i'd really appreciated, i need to pay for the education that i aspire to. So please.
For every commission i get i'll do an extra page of Mangaijin per week, how does that sound?
Mangaijin will now be on Fridays (Thursday today but it's a special!) with extra pages for any commisions i recieve.
If you have a comic you draw that you'd like me to draw something of in my style then please don't hesitate, i'll even do ad's inbetween Chapters for your comic if i think it deserves exposure!

*sigh* the sad truth of the main comic industry =_= Although TBH I dont enjoy the comics catering only for readers, they go on for too long and end up becoming boring, no good can come of it!! I'm sorry I cant help with your money problems, I have barely anything to survive on myself 0_0

Heh. Money really is a problem from western Manga-ka's. Especially the kind who try and emulate manga by themselves, as I'm sure they naturally have assistants who work for them over in the East, perhaps learning the skills as they work alongside the manga-ka's, so that one day they can overlord their own manka and have their own assistants. I don't really know if it works that way over there, but I'd like to think it does. I'd like to think it could work here too, somehow, some day. Explaining my own money situation here would be lame, so I'll just wish you the best with yours, Kriffix. Keep up the good work, keep searching for a job, and keep asking if people would like to commission something from you. Whatever you need, YOU CAN DO IT; YOU CAN GET IT; YOU CAN MAKE IT. "Gutsy characters who repeatedly shout out their dreams..."- in the last panel is that supposed to be that character from Bleach? lol (kinda look like him, wondering if that was supposed to refer to popular characters like that xD). Glad to see you back and sorry to hear about your situation. Seriously feel your pain as I'm lugging myself through the education system again :/. Quite a pain and I have to keep reminding myself that I have to be more serious about it. If there's a will, there's a way eh?

Man I feel your pain. Go to http://www.projectwonderful.com/ and sign up! It won't make you a millionaire, but it will get you some pocket cash for books and stuffs. You definately get enough hits for it to work for you.

Heh, that guy's speech makes me think of a few different popular characters. Naruto isn't one of them though. It's kind of weird, being that Naruto is such a bad comic now, but I guess it's got something going for it.
