Its not a game, and they are not 3d sprites. I use models which have posable arms, legs, bodys, and heads. If your wondering I have these packs of models:
Mario Pack
Zelda Wind Waker Pack
Sonic and Friends Pack
Hammys Props (Weapons and Halo Pack)
Those are the ones I got manually. The program I use comse with some other packs.
