This weekend I found out Pizza & Spice (formally Long Reach Pizza, Subs, & Indian Food) closed down. I had eaten there more than any other place since moving to Columbia, MD (since I could easily bike there). They had great Indian food as well as Pizza, Subs, etc. Their phone number was disconnected, and when I went to see the physical store, I saw that an Eviction Notice was on the door for not paying the rent. I know they had a 2nd location that was a fancy Indian restaurant elsewhere (far away from me) so I wonder if they have both closed. It was sad to see them go because they had the best Indian food for a good price, but I guess not enough people were eating there.
