This was the first page I drew that day. I was an hour in and I already had a page done, which is by far a better start than last year's “hour in and had no idea what to do my comic about”. I already can't wait till next year. Though my thumb is still a bit numb…

Yup. Pencils then inks. BUT my pencils were very VERY loose. To the extent that if I were handing it over to someone else to do the inks, they'd probably think I was just scribbling to piss them off. They made sense in my head, though and I suppose that's what counts. That said, I totally took Speedy Gonzales's Speedy AND his zales, making me Speedy Benzales, and leaving him with just Gon.

Awesome! How'd you draw this one? Pencils first then went over it with inks? Because if that's the case, then doing it in just one hour you totally make speedy Gonzales look like regular Gonzales.
