Sorry for the delay, everyone. What's really sad is that this page has been done for about 2 weeks, but I was too busy and ashamed by how this came out to upload it. I like the last panel, but I feel I just cut too many corners.
The good news is that Charna's back! I might as well have named this comic ‘Charna’. :) But, then again, that's something that interests me. I like how Nadya's not very likable, and she doesn't seem to want to be liked.

I like how the top panels contrast with the last panel. :D That's interesting what you said about Nadya not being likable and not wanting to be likable.

I guess I don't see why you aren't happy with this page. The way the first two panels are done in simple strokes of gray makes the third panel all the more powerful. Great lighting on Charna's face.

The weird thing is people like characters that aren't all nice and friendly. Nice is boring! "Everybody loves the bastard", as the saying goes ;) Think House M.D! A quirky, bitter ego-maniac. Gotta love the guy!

Woo Hoo! The story moves forward :D I love Charna :D Great looking page here. I don't think it looks like you cut corners at all. The first two just look like night shots. Colors and details are low, but in the 3rd frame we see Charna illuminated by the bridge lights. Also, thanks for the plug!
