My angels here aren't full humanoid… for me that involves certain experience and power to imitate the Lord's Creation, that's why Lucifer is fully naked and with birds wings… as if he was hanging with God directly and the other don't.
Lucifer stepping in Creation is another way to say he has no respect for Creation.

Oh! Wow! I didn't get that until you pointed that out! XD The "stepping on creation" thing. Excellent symbolism there, and I am loving the hand through the hair. I'm already in love.
