Nightmare Chronicles IV

Slowly but surely making our way through the Nightmare Chronicles. I decided that it was time to cut away from the RyuuKen story arc for just one episode and provide some sort of story or “info” per se on someone else. If you have eyes, then you can probably figure out who this dual-wielding character is.
What a twist!

I believe I know the answer. In fact I DO know the answer. I just don't remember a Dual Broadsword Wielding strength from him. Excellent!

He looks familiar, but not enough to be able to recognize him on sight... Probably because I haven't read through the other comics in more than a year.....
