36. A mundane job

I do not always agree with my characters. For example, I think rangling a mystical chinese dragon would be exciting.
I drew this strip(yes, it's not a filler) in pencil, and I thought it would cool to scan it in as is.
BIG MISTAKE.
One hour later, I've finally got it in a satisfactory state. In other news, it's the usual: works sucks, lazyness, etc. Oh and I got a Wii in late April, which has been pretty sweet.
Eirikr out.

yes I was referring to superhero cover, perhaps something in grayscale using acrylics? :) THanks for the tips man, I'll try to do something using acrylics and markers, perhaps next week if no one suggest a different technique in my comic. I watched a couple of acrylic painting videos on youtube... I think I got too used to watercolors' method :D

If you're referringto the superhero cover, yeah, it's tough, but its more time consuming than anything for me. If you actually did something like that, I'd start with paints and then the markers. Also, you can't put the media on top of one another, as it doesn't turn out well. Also, the material it was on was a thick piece of paper with a canvas texture. I hope that helps if that's what you were doing. I kind of like NR in B&W anyway, plus acrylic takes me longer than pens.

use your acrylic habilities! Yesterday I tried painting with that technique and I sucked hard... so difficult!

Daf42: It does kind of look like it, now that you mention it.
