Hello, all! Just a quick note: THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME! Back in 2005, I used to be a barista for Caribou Coffee, and my register froze. And yes, a little old lady told me to pretend like it was a basketball. I was amazed, and somewhat surprised that you'd say that to a 22-year old man working in a coffee shop. Fun times followed.

Old people, doctors, and nurses are the worst customers in a coffee shop. Ever had a doctor? Horrible HORRIBLE experience!
