okay... so Harry hits him with an Area of Effect Attack... like for example... Fiend Fire. Yes I know In Universe Harry would never use that spell. But if it's the only thing that would hit Luffy through both his Armament Haki, Mantra, and his Devil Fruit... then he would use it, if he were forced to fight Luffy. Now Voldemort on the other hand, would just rapid fire Dark Curses at Luffy and hope one of them lands. And Dumbledore would be rapid firing Jinxes left and right. Between the three of them, at least one of them would hit him and do serious damage. That said, Luffy would have more reason to fight Voldemort than either Harry Potter or Dumbledore.
There's probably some level of the supernatural in Devil Fruit Powers. If Devil Fruit Powers count as a form of magic and Haki can negate Devil Fruit Powers, then Luffy's Armament Haki might be able to provide some level of protection. At the very least, his Mantra / Observation Haki will make dodging Harry's attacks quite a bit easier (and more likely to happen, since Luffy can predict what would happen to him if those attacks hit).
nah... he would just hit Luffy with Sectumsempra a few times after he realizes that Luffy is immune to the stun spell (his Steal Hide Haki). At least Sectumsempra would cut Luffy like peanut butter even in his strongest forms. It is magic after all.
@gageyasu harry wouldn't use avada kadavra, he would try expeliamus first, then realize that luffy fights bare handed and then it would be a question of whether or not he could get off a stun spell before getting gomu gomu pistoled in the face, one punch from luffy would be enough to knock out harry.

of course the Jelly Legs Hex would be completely pointless on Luffy...

only because Harry Wins by default due to both the Cutting Curse and Avada Kadavra...

... That is worst cross-world char vs char I've ever heard of.

In a fight... who wins? Monkey D. Luffy, or Harry Potter?
