802. Broadsword

This was my initial reaction when I heard this. Granted, I'm not nearly as upset as Deadpool is. More than anything, it amuses me about how bitchy people can get over stupid things like this. Plus, the hand guard is canon in the Extended Universe, so it's not exactly like this is a new thing. Hell, there are a lot of different types of lightsabers in the canon as well as different styles. This is just the first onscreen appearance of a broadsword.
Personally, I think it looks badass. I can't believe people think it's three bladed.
