1160. The Last Teaser

Sameth on April 17, 2017

I'm already hyped for the movie and the teaser did nothing for me. I don't know if I'm at my maximum peak of hypness, I've watched too many analysis videos of the trailer, or it was underwhelming, but I'm not that impressed at this point. Maybe when the full trailer comes out, but the teaser didn't do anything for me.

That's also a good thing because I didn't lose anything from the teaser, either. I'm not less excited for the movie.

Also, there's a reason I haven't had these characters discuss things as much as they have in the past. I got kind tired of there being a bunch of discussion and then a punchline. I actually enjoy writing the news/discussion as a launch off point for something else. This is how conversations go sometimes. The previous comics are a little more stilted and less conversational. Batman lapsing into his fear of Mark Hamill's voice makes more sense than Deadpool talking about why he thinks Jude Law (an example of me not completely dropping it) will be a good Dumbledore. Then again…the way that that was delivered as a bait and switch might be a third type of movie hype comic completely. Either way, I'm wanting to take a different approach to movie news than I have in the past.
