Back when I lived in Japan, I often went shopping at local stores that took American money, but oddly enough they did not use pennies. So if you bought something that cost $1.98 you got nothing, though oddly buying stuff that cost $1.97 usually got you a nickel. The only place that used pennies was the post office because they had to.
So hey, I wanna hear from you guys. Who do you think the hacker is? I personally think it's one of the scientists (particularly the more polite properly dressed one) just based on how much he seems to know about Labrys. But if it's not one of the scientists I'd guess either the PSA Man or a whole new character we haven't seen yet.

From what I heard, Nyarly lost a whole lot of power post defeat Or alternately it's merely a small part of his power manifested into a form while his true self is elsewhere (recovering still?)

My guess is one of the scientists who created Labrys in the first place. Who else would be aware she nearly had a Persona formed? As for the other conspirator being Nyarlathotep, I'm kind of reluctant to accept that theory since he is supposed to be the counter balance to Philemon suggesting he has a whole lot of power. But when Elizabeth shows up in Aigis' story line (IIRC) the other conspirator is pretending to be Aigis' shadow. As soon as they sees Elizabeth though they freak out and flee. To me that suggests it is someone who doesn't possess a great deal of power and who knows Elizabeth could massacre them. It's possible though they were worried Elizabeth might blow their cover.

Actually, The Chairman is a pretty interesting idea. He wasn't fatally shot and we never saw his body after he let himself fall off of Tartarus. The cliche would normally be him reappearing by the end of P3, but perhaps they decided to play the long game with this one.

This is the part that's always stumped me, really. While it's obvious the Shadow is Nyarly, since their behaviours are basically exactly the same, but I don't really know who this guy could be. I assume it's some new character who just happened to be the one who helped Nyarly come back to the realm of humans. If it was an existing character... I guess the safe assumptions would be previous baddies or related parties. Hell maybe even Mitsuo. Could be anyone. Not enough clues to go on yet. ...I'm a big Persona analyst sometimes >_>

Persona 2. It's one of the heroes from Persona 2. Reasoning: The P4 heroes are known as "Seekers of the Truth" near the end of the original game. The P2 cast, hero and villain alike will gleefullly manipulate the truth to their own ends with the "Rumors Become Reality" gimmick. In my head, Eikichi and Rise already hate eachother, and when both sides discover the other's approach to the truth, violence happens.
