Kandori is a funny villain in a way…I mean he got what he wanted. He succeeded. We're confronting him right now in a giant magical palace he set up in the middle of the city. He basically has the powers of a god…and he's bored. He got what he wanted and now he just feels empty and bored about it. Go figure. I guess the “be careful what you wish for” logic applies here…

Haha they had something similar in Magic the Gathering books that they kept a dragon still by giving him everything he wished for. So yeah desire=life. If you don't desire anything then ya ain't living.
