Page description:
Pinky, waiting, gets board and sleepy… Startled by many hairy men!!!!
But it's only Ace and some “friends”. As has a fine story to spin about going into the fort openly as friends, Pinky thinks it's too good to be true, but goes anyway since if it came to a clash, he has the numbers.
Commentary:
This took something 5 or 6 months to squeeze out. Jebus, that's my longest delay EVER, but the art is WAY better that the last page, that one was crap. I watched all of Jeeves and Wooster, plus all of the first season of Farscape, plus several other movies and things to try and help me concentrate long enough to finish in 6 moths what used to take me a week,
The funny thing is though that even though I know you guys appreciate hard work on artwork, most people would much prefer simpler stuff as long as the updates are regular, because the story is more important than the look of the page. Even though I know this, my fine arts background won't let me change. :(

You are seriously crazy man! lol 6 months on a page, that deserves an award of itself, it's stunning looking though. I remember reading once that you treat every panel as it's own piece of art, which is why your work is so rich. It wouldn't be viable if you wanted to make a living of selling comics, although I gues you could sell panels as individual artworkd :D Rock on man!

It's been awhile- I'm digging the clean lines on your mechas! YEAH! I like where your characterization is running, and the story is getting intense. ^_^ I can't even comment on the art 'cause it's ...ah... awesome. Will catch up again in another few months!

Wow, and here I thought that paint job on the mechs stood out in the desert! It is a gorgeous page. Worth a six month wait? Hmm...well, I suppose six months is a bit long for the story, but not that long for gorgeousness. I guess you just have to do what you like to do best.

I know exactly what you're saying there: I tell myself it's worth the effort for the people who stay for ages and ages - they probably just went to Burger King and forgot to switch off! To many delightful little treats of lighting, viewpoint, composition and detail to list - my current favourite is the penultimate tier of panels, culminating in beautifully rendered filtered lighting, but every panel contains several pages worth by most standards - a veritable feast of phantasmogorical proportions - a visual tour de force of sesquipedalian splendour - I'll leave quietly now.

I keep forgetting how amazing your art is until I see it pop back up again. I love the second cell where the leaves shade her face some. I for one don't want you to sacrifice the quality for quantity!
