Maybe I should set some shortcuts in PS... Hum...
Resizing is your friend. (How to re-size in 3 easy steps, By Kevin: 1.) Select something with that... Select tool thing. 2.) Go to the Stretch/Screw option. 3.) Enter in numbers that end in 00. {200, 300, 400} And, always remember, "NEVER RE-SIZE BY HANDS!!!!?2?1@?!"
And so are emotions, use them.

Or just press CTRL W (if you're using paint) That's simpler, then just do what Kevin said.
