& Yes the comic is kind of blurry because I don't have very good picture enlargement software. If anyone knows of a way to enlarge screen caps without making them blurry that info would be most appreciated.

What Jef said. Select something, got to Stretch/Skew and enter in numbers that end in 00. As for Photoshop... It's actually easier to use for re-size-ment, as soon as you do the first long step... >_>

Resize in paint with 200% and not in photoshop (it's more of a hassle). And the pikachu is bigger than the humans and that's physically impossible.
