So I decided to have a conflict in the comic anyway. Actually, it has more to do with that I needed to explain why Forte was acting funny in the last strip.
I have run into a problem. A Paint problem, to be precise. I think my computer might be getting a bit TOO old. How old is it? Six years.
See, I've been having problems running Paint. It tends to crash at random moments. Using the Eraser tool for anything (erasing, recoloring) makes it crash every time. Other times, I could be halfway through spriting something and the program will just crash for no reason.
I'm sorry, but it looks like all my comics are officially on hiatus until I get a new computer. And who knows when that'll be.
Maybe now and then I'll be able to make a new comic on another computer somewhere, but it won't be very often.
Try looking at the reasons he gives: Gender changing, random idiots, and a smart Dr. Light?!
Gender-changing: Yes. There's gender-changing, but I don't see how that connects to Bob and George.
Random Idiots: The only "idiot" would have been Forte, but that wasn't the real him. He was under the control of some unknown person.
Smart Dr. Light: Again. This really doesn't connect to Bob and George. Dr. Light was smart before Bob and George, and if anything he's less intelligent in BnG than he is in the games. Plus, Dr. Light isn't constantly drunk in my comic either.
Sorry, but I owned you again, Dash. Your reasoning doesn't add up.

There isn't a lame attempted joke at the end of each comic now, is there? No there isn't. So don't even start with that crap.
Well, I know you'll actually update eventually, so I'll try to keep an eye out for it. I'm getting it off my favorites since it's just taking up space right now, but please leave me a comment at some time telling me you've update and I'll re-fave it.
I can understand you updating at "at will" later on, but I doubt it'll be months at a time like right now, which is the main reason I've un-faved it.
So good luck and all that with this.

None of these comics are planned out, I know. The whole premise of Pop Rocks is creating a world that's both random, but things still make a little bit of sense.
The other aspect is creating a different type of world, apart from the other MegaMan comics. Rock actually having some intelligence is just one step. The next step was making completely original backgrounds. The third step was making Pop not a recolor anymore and that ultimately was the reason for his gender-change. The fourth was to create a better Roll sprite.
I've done all these things. This is why when Dash called my comic a "Bob and George rip-off", I got so pissed. I spend a lot more then ten minutes making me comics. I may not script them, but making a comic can sometimes span hours.
There's nearly always new sprites to make. Then there are backgrounds to make. This is NOT easy. You try making your own backgrounds from scratch and see if you'll still call my comic a "Bob and George rip-off".
No offense, Dash, but you wouldn't know a good sprite comic if it rammed a beam up your ass. Actually, yes. Take offense to that. It'll make me chuckle when you squeal a reply.
Ultimately, all this spriting takes it's toll and I hit my limit on this last comic. Bare with me while I recollect myself.
When Pop Rocks does return--and it will--it will no longer be updated every day. It will adopt the same "at will" updates as MegaMan Theater.
Sorry, but I can't just pull comics out of nowhere for each day. I found that out the hard way. If you want Pop Rocks to remain like it is, you'll need to be patient.
