I think you two people are the reason why this comic exist. Everyone talks about caring for others. They speak about BS about religion but can't even follow religion's most basic of teachings (to care for others). Here are two people trying to do the right thing despite what others might say about them. Humans would have never made it through the dark times if they did not help each other...

I'm all for kindness and charity, but this is taken to the extreme and it's obvious that this is not done of free will. Moreover, I don't even call this righteous or true kindness. Just... some kind of blindness. I'm not saying the people should go back to being horrible, but not to continue being like this. It is destructive to the self and I predict it will be to others in the future. Of course I know this is also the intent of the story. To show the difference between decency and extremism. And that's why it's so intriguing.

I've been reading this for awhile; wanted to say I really enjoy it. And I'm absolutely terrified of this comic. I'm fairly certain that's not the intention, but the premise is a horrifying thing where people just start doing unselfish things...it's a complete 180 of natural human thought processes. I can't wait to see where it all goes in the end.
