Shipley Terrace is a torrid neighborhood of criminals, young and old, and starring espcially a smart-ass called the Troll, a fifteen year old sober addict but active thief, his mentor, Felonious Rupert, and their other pals…including Horace, the male prostitute, and the punk rock Vermin.
