2-16

Shadowless on March 12, 2007

For over a year, “Shadowless” stood abandoned, and I dropped off the face of the internet. You were probably wondering why on earth would I do something as rude as to disappear without warning, and I must apologize for my gesture.

Well, truth is I realized the script I had written for the comic wasn't as good as I previously thought. In fact, to my horror, it plain sucked. Big time.

So I just left it at page “2-16”, that I drew but never uploaded, and struggled in vain to find a better story.
Finally, about November of last year, I gave up, closed my main website, and waited for DD to do the same, finally plunging “Shadowless” in the oblivion reserved to stillborn projects…

But apparently, this was not to be, since a few months later, the comic still stands.
This has rekindled my interest in it, and, amazingly, I managed to finally go past my writer's block.

Of course, as usual, this doesn't come at the best of times, because I'm currently on grips with a film project and modeling for a computer games firm, but “Shadowless” will update weekly with pages from another comic I drew, called “WAR” until I can get working on SH again. Also, you will notice my drawing style has changed (not unusual for such a long time) and hopefully for the better.

That being said, I apologize again for my prolonged absence, and I give you page 2-16:
