Why We Fight

Why do we fight? Why do we pick up our guns and our fists and kill? “Spitfire” is a story about a WWII RAF pilot who has a secret in his past - a pilot who has seen the horrors and destruction of Nazi Germany, and who wants to do what is “right.” But how does one do “right” in a world so full of wrong - no matter which side of the war you saw, everyone was doing both good and evil - to “destroy” and to “protect” are not so different, for each is just the taking of a life.

So why does a scared little 20-year-old put on his goggles and fly his spitfire?

Why would you?
