lol I feel like Abdul looks too smug here, it wasnt the look I was going for XD Its based on a portrait, and he just looks really smug in all his portraits XDD Sorry, Abdul :<
As I'm sure you can already imagine, many people didnt like the Munshi and his close relationship with the Queen. There is a mix of reasons that will be explored in the story for this, although from researching I'm quite firm that the main reason was because he was Muslim and Indian. It seems during the age of colonialism, most people aside from Victoria considered those in other countries to be ‘below’ the citizens of the Great British Empire.

Ayesinbcak, do you know alot about Queen Victoria?? :D I'm just curious. I did research for the comic, but I shamefully know very little about any of the moarchy, considering I'm British I should probably know more then I do XD

Oh, I'm no expert at all. But I do recommend the film Young Victoria. It changed my perspective significantly re this queen. And thanks for another great page!
